Jungle Dance Cafe.
A not-for-profit cultural space with a mission to support creativity and innovation in the fields of Art, Dance, Therapy, Permaculture and Education, Jungle Dance falls perfectly in line with our festival’s focus on participative community collaboration. Located four kilometers inland from Arambol Beach, this five acre jungle space boasts a delicious restaurant, shaded workshop areas, a twenty meter swimming pool, a permanent outdoor amphitheatre and a fifteen meter stage complete with overhead rigging.
Goa, India – A land of coconut trees, sandy beaches, rice fields, quaint Portuguese houses, and fast developing tourism.
Arambol Beach – One of the Northernmost beaches in the small state of Goa, a former Portuguese colony tucked into the side of British India, Arambol has evolved since the early seventies into a seasonal accumulation of creativity with people of countries from all over the world. Artists, musicians, dancers, performing artists, jugglers, healers, soul-seekers, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, sunbathers, party-goers, they’re all here. There is always something happening in Arambol; a performance to enjoy, live music to dine with, a party to dance at, a workshop to attend, a class to take, a sunset to watch.
Every evening at the drum circle on the beach at sunset, news spreads faster than you can catch it; what’s happening that night; who’s playing where, who’s performing what, and where the best party will kick off.
Come join us for the World Mouth Harp Festival of India, and become a part of this collective, collaborative spirit!
